Elizabeth A. Johnson, CSJ, PhD is Distinguished Professor Emerita of Theology at Fordham University in New York City. The author of many award-winning books, she has lectured widely to academic and church groups around the world. She loves to teach and was pleased to receive Fordham's teaching award, Professor of the Year. Her 1996 presidential address to the Catholic Theological Society of America called for new ecological attention across all areas of theology.
